A COACH AND A DAD
Hey, I’m Coach Kevin.
I’m a coach and a dad of two girls. I want kids to build athletic skills, but I also want them to feel confident joining in, trying something new, and being active as they grow up.
I created PlayBoost to make that easier for parents. These games give kids a chance to practise those skills, use their imagination, and have fun with you along the way. My hope is that enjoying movement now helps them stay active for life.
Let’s make movement fun.Coach Kevin

WHY PLAYBOOST
Help them build skills
and confidence.
When kids feel more capable, they’re often more willing to join in. I want to help them build that confidence through games they enjoy, so being active becomes something they choose to do.
Start with a game they enjoy
When kids enjoy a game, they’re more likely to want another turn. That means more chances to practise running, jumping, balancing, and moving in different ways.
Use their imagination
Pretend the floor is a river or that you’re a monster trying to catch them. Giving a movement a purpose makes it more interesting, and kids will often come up with their own ideas too.
Help them try something new
Adjust the game so it gives them a challenge they can work towards. Give them time to practise and figure things out, and let them see the progress they’re making.
Make time to play together
These games give you something active to do together. You can laugh, make up your own rules, and enjoy spending time with your kids while they build their skills.

WHAT PARENTS ARE SAYING
“You have absolutely knocked it out of the park! Thank you”
I HIGHLY recommend this to any parent that’s looking for a fun and engaging way to work on your child’s athletic/movement development.
It’s been fun for the whole family. We struggled finding activities where we could all play together and engage our imagination and bodies so this was perfect!
